Alette, (latin: the winged one ) is part of my ‘myth and legend’ series  looking at fairy folk. The background is a rich teal colour to add to the magical feel . Her eyes are strong and direct , drawing you into the image.I enjoy reading and painting subjects which take me away from the normal ,allowing me to escape into a world of possibilities.
