I am an avid reader of books, books about different worlds, magical places and the unusual. These often begun a painting and during Lockdown I was drawn to the old fashioned circus and the people who may work there. By mixing the interiors and exteriors, confusion and mystery have been created. Perhaps, showing the emotions many people found themselves during this period.
